Having lain unoccupied for several years, the project saw the complete restoration of stunning B listed gatehouse in the rural village of Cove. Grant Murray fulfilled the roles of both architect & project manager on the sensitive alterations and renewal, that incorporated the entire first floor attic space being converted and extended. This has created 2 further double bedrooms - both with exceptional views out over Loch Long- as well as a stunning new feature bathroom.

The entire roof has been renewed, with the highly patterned slate banding reproduced exactly; while new gothic windows & roof lights introduced at first floor enhance the substantial existing character of the property. Extensive external improvements with new bespoke gates, front garden and driveway will complete the transformation to return this architectural gem back to its former glory.
