The rear extension to a semi detached sandstone villa within the Newlands Conservation Area formed just part of the complete renewal of the property. The extension, replacing a single storey kitchen annex, created a large open kitchen / dining area to the single storey portion with a shower room, and utility room under a new bedroom to the 2 storey section. The conversion of the loft area into a master suite also formed part of the renewal works to the main house.

In addition, the detached garage on the property has been extended and converted to create separate living, sleeping and dining accommodation. A further separate garden room containing a gym and supporting PV panels unable to be accommodated on the roof of the main building completes the comprehensive works.
