Conversion of HMO flats to residential apartments

This project will see the complete conversion and refurbishment of a Category C listed traditional townhouse building back from HMO flats into 4 mainstream residential dwellings.

Reducing the accommodation to a single dwelling per storey, non original partitions and interventions will be removed to restore the 4 storey building to high quality, desirable housing.

Detailed discussions took place with the Council's heritage department to ensure tradition features such as cornicing, timber work, windows and the overall layout were preserved and reinstated where required.
